Icon14 Easy Entertaining w/Michael Chiarello...

Have you ever watched this show? DH & I started watching it a few weeks, and I didn't think I would like it, but I really do now. Michael the host is very easy going and makes entertaining simple but delicious....anyone interested in easy recipes for entertaining (both food and drink) should watch this show!

Today he made some BBQ ribs that looked delicious and easy.

Just thought I would share if anyone has not checked out this show yet

I caught a snippet of that show today (is he the one that looks like he live in Napa Valley?). Today he stacked like three rib sides on top of each other to cook in the over? That's the first I have seen of him. It looks really good, and guess what we are having for din-din tonight? Ribs!!

Yep, thats it

I really like this show, today he actually did a rib cookoff with his good friend. His recipe was alot easier than his friends, but Steve wants to try his friends

They wound up tying ayway, so I guess they were both good.

I thought it was only on the weekends, but when I went to FoodNetwork it shows he is on all week also, at 1 pm EST I think....another show to tivo

Yep. Yes, his restaurant is in the Napa Valley. St. Helena. He lives there too. His restaurant is super close (30 minute drive) and I've never been. I may have to check it out one of these days. All the food he cooks on his show looks so good!
