uhhh, confusion!

2 nights ago, my laptop broke down, so i sent it to fix and the computer guy gave me a complimentary cd of cs3 and photoshop 7
so i ask, in confusion, how do you use actions?
UHHH!! lol
im sooo confused.

anything would help
and any links for free actions/textures/brushes would help!

let me see what i can find for actions and stuff, but i couldnt tell you how to use them cause, yeah well, i dont know how.

i do know deviantart.com has some stuff, check them out.

got to ILP and then type in actions in the search bar. Flickr has some too I think.

when i tried ILP i was denied access :S
anyways, i went to DA and found alot
there's this one girl, who made like, plentyy

so im giving her credit, like she asked.
she said she had no problem with ppl takin, once she was credited.
