My mom came over today and brought a little snapshot. It's a picture of my grandmother, myself, and my older sister.

My mother wasn't good about taking pictures when we were babies, this is the ONLY one I have of me with my grandmother. And I was the same age in the photo that my little girl is now. The only problem is the quality of the photograph is absolutely awful.

Are there any companies out there that do major photo restoration?

It's not that the picture is torn or anything, it's just awful quality.
