Sorry I've been MIA lately. I have been busting my rear to get ready for a watercolor show that's coming up TOO SOON! So, not a lot of time to play with pic taking. Also, my basement flooded yesterday......! That's a whole 'nother story.

I'm going to take some NB pics for my friend tomorrow. The babe's about 12 days old but a preemie...still only about 5 lbs. Talked to her today, she seemed hesitant about any diaper-free shots. Grrrrrrrr....little peanut also has a hard time keeping warm, so that's part of it...the other is I think she's just conservative.

Any advice to minimize a bright white diaper? Any neutral diaper covers (like for cloth diapering) you know of available at stores? Also, the new baby has a 1 1/2 year old brother...any ideas for creative shots with them both?

This is a bit of a test anyway...Dad can't be there for this shoot, so I will be taking more pics later...but she wanted SOME pics of him showing how very tiny he is.

Thanks girls! I promise once things get settled down I'll be a more 'active member' around here!
