Default Need help with a conversion

First off these both need more work in PSP but I was doing channel mix to convert and then I did colorize with cyan in hue/saturation. How can I get the bolder contrast of 1 but less bright like 2??? And keep that right eye from losing that much detail?

Oh and wanted to add can't do much about the grain. I was at 1600 ISO. EEK But needed it since we weren't near a window that she faced anyway. Can tell the light is backlighting. LOL
