I see a lot of blown spots on my monitor. Its not that big of a deal for the window (although a bit distracting), but is more of an issue for her fingers, nose, forehead, cheeks. It may have been blown in the original and nothing you could do about that (other than try to recover in PP) or it may have been blown in the conversion and you could tone it down. I don't know which PP program you are using but in PS CS3 you can show what got clipped (blown out) in the bridge by clicking on the right most arrow of the histogram. Its a very cute shot though! HTH
The other but is blown too and she ran off before I could do much else. I was trying to get her dressed so we could go to the park but she was taking forever. We will go to this really nice hiking park this weekend and see what I can get.

woohoo on your new camera..I must have missed that post. What editing program are you using? It will also help if you can post your settings with the pics.

Looks like you're having fun with your new cam. I like the conversion in the sleeping one. The other one by the window was gray. It appears washed out in the color version. I'd start with a levels adjustment to correct this and maybe add some contrast then try converting to b&w?
