Default moms with kids on scheduled nap times... HELP!!

I need some serious help here. I've recently taken my two kids out of daycare and are keeping them home with me. Eddie napped very well at the daycare (mostly 2 hr naps) and Alexa didn't nap so well there. (30-45 mins at a time) and only 2 of those in a day.

At home, Eddie sleeps for 30-45 minutes and Alexa sleeps for 2 hrs. So weird. And also it is extremely difficult to get him to stay in his room to take a nap.

I would love to get them both down at the same time so that I can have peace for the length of their nap. Any ideas as how to do this??

I know they get used to their routines at school, but I don't know how to implement this same sort of thing here at home. The other day, it took me 26 times of putting Eddie back into his room before he got tired and pooped out and went to sleep. The very next day he went right down on the first try.

And sometimes when Alexa goes to sleep, it's hard to keep him quiet for her to sleep, and vice versa. She absolutely won't be quiet when he's sleeping. It's been a week now that I've had them home with me, and it's been a very tough week.

Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
