Ladies I have GOOD news, my right tube is not blocked

This is a little refresher about me, don't know if you all remember.

TL 9/22/94
TR 3/28/06
Positive pg test 10/11/06, was ectopic. Right tube was removed on 10/31/06
1st HSG was 5/9/07, Radiologist could not get the catheter in the right place so he told me "There appears to be some kind of blockage". Went home devastated. After my OB/GYN got the report he tells me that he wants me to have the test again because it was not done correctly and he wants me to have it done at another hospital with someone who has more experience.

I had my 2nd HSG on 8/23/07 with a more experienced Radiologist (different location) he had a hard time getting the catheter in but he kept trying different tools and he would tell me just a little more pressure, then it was FINALLY in and I watched the dye flow through my right tube freely and spill into my abdomen. I had tears of joy again.

He showed me on the screen where I had a small fibroid and he said that it could possibly keep me from getting pregnant and that I should talk with my Dr. about it. But then he said it's nothing major, and I was like great (Another roadblock).

That's my update ladies, I will let you know when I talk to my OB, he should be getting my report soon I hope.

Awwwww Brenda, what wonderful news hon. I know that u can get pg with ur one open tube , just look at me .

I am sure that u would have read here, the results of my HSG, the dye went in quite easily, flowed nicely threw my right tube, so very open, but the dye did not even enter the left tube at all, so my left is blocked at the uterus end completely .

However, u only need one tube and I am living proof, because 3 weeks after my HSG, I got my .

Wow Dianne, that was quick after your HSG. I have heard that some women conceive quickly right after their HSG and you are proof of that. I guess I need to start pricing a fertility monitor so I can get this right. lol and start back charting as well.
