We got the results of the chromosome testing yesterday. I was right that our baby was a boy. He also had perfectly normal chromosomes so most likely the loss was due to my fall (although the doctor won't go as far to say that.) The doctor still wants to run some tests to make sure that there is nothing wrong with me (autoimmune condition, clotting disorder) that is causing all these losses, but most likely these are just random and unrelated.

We named our baby Manuel Bennett. All of our boys have a Spanish first name from my husband's side of the family and then a last name of someone special to me as a middle name. Max and Sage both have "anglo" nicknames but we couldn't agree on a cute nickname for this baby (I wanted Ben for Bennett, my husband wanted Man for Manuel) and when we asked Max what he wanted to call his baby brother in Heaven he said "just Manuel" so that is what we will call him.

I plan on waiting until I can get the testing done (still fighting with my insurance on getting them to cover it) before I make the final decision on TTC again. My husband says 100% no but he said the same thing after Sage died and then softened with time. I am hoping the same thing happens this time should we decide to try again.

I still keep up with everyone even if I don't post much. Hopefully in a few months time I will be back on the TTC journey with you all. Thank you all for being so supportive!

I am so happy to see that you continue to be here with us posting. I love the name for your little guy. very, very darling! Life can be so darn tough and hurtful.... so very unfair! I feel for both you and your husband. I can imagine he wants so spare future hurt and pain, you have both been through alot.
I am sure that there is a dear little soul just waiting for the right time to be born to you. *hugs* again to you, and I'm blowing a kiss to the sky for your little Manuel Bennett.
