Icon10 TR Surgery.........

, would u ladies believe that I had my Tubal Reversal surgery four years ago today!!!

Boy, where have the last four years gone. This exact time, four years ago, I was just coming out of surgery and it seems like yesterday.

August 25, 2003 @ 3.30pm, I was being wheeled into the operating theatre for my TR. Five hours later, I was being wheeled back into my ward to recover.

I remember being soooooo sick over the next few days while I was still in hospital and the nurses were trying to get me to go home , when all I wanted to do, was stay in bed and sleep.

Anyway, I just thought I would share that with u all .

That is so funny that you are mentioning that. Connor turning one made me think about mine (7/7/05). I remember waiting in the pre-op room and the thoughts I had. I was so happy to be able to have it being done and remember, just before going to sleep for surgery, the doctor saying, we are going to take care of you and just thinking how I wanted so much to be carrying and holding that new little baby. Still the emotions are so fresh!
And, Dianne, you are having your second tr baby! How exciting! Did you ever imagine it would be so successful?

Di that is just awesome. It has been just a little over a year since my DH had his VR surgery. Its neat what kind of memories go thru your head.

I never expected to have one TR baby, let alone 2. We went into the TR with the attitude of 'if it happens, it happens & if it doesn't, it doesn't'. And we never expected to get pg the first month out, that's for sure.

Now 4 years later and 4 pg'ies later, we r just overjoyed
