Im curious if I have to have my menses regular or just on the normal scale for me...?

I dont have regular cycles every 28 days, i have them between 30-40 days, and sometimes up to 8 weeks inbetween....

(had a HUGE break between with all my blood work, ultrasounds and xrays panning out good, no explanation why it was so late)

I do have a follow up appointment on April 30th to book my surgery, and am curious if he will see that I havent had my menses yet and maybe push the surgery further...Or could he still do the surgery and then work on regulating my cycle so then I can conceive?
I do know that this upcoming surgery to be has me on edge, and my DHs semen testing had me on edge...that could cause my menses to be late tho.
My stress level isnt up high out of the ordinary....ugh, being a woman sometimes has its downs eh?

Hoping I get it soon, so i can feel at ease...

every 30 days is ok... but every 40 days is unusual.
Isnt HORRIBLE, but just unusual.
Are you ovulating?

Yes, they do help with meds after a reversal, but meds can wreck havoc.
Clomid for example, although it can help you to ovulate, it also thins the uterine lining making it hard for the egg to implant, so they dont like to do more than a few rounds of it....
As long as you are ovulating though, I think you should be ok
Regulating the cycle, if your cycles arent regular, require that you take meds each month to make it regular.. its much better if they can get to the root of your problem.
