Good news....I think
Well the u/s did indeed show TWO sacs. One had a better ring around it than the other (whatever that means), but both measured 4 wks 6 days which is what I think I am anyway even though my LMP says otherwise. I just know I ovulated late this cycle. The doctor said that with my HCG levels, had there only been one gestational sac, it would not be a good sign to not see a yolk sac. That said, she says with there being 2 gestational sacs measuring 4 wks 6 days, she's not too concerned that there isn't a yolk sac yet. She told me she doesn't have the greatest feeling about one of the sacs. She gave me 50/50 odds that it will actually develop into a baby. That's what happened when I was pregnant with Max so at least I know about the possibility of that happening. So I'm just going back and forth from being seriously freaked out and really, really excited. The doctor repeated an HCG level just to see where my levels are today and I repeat my u/s next Thursday. We'll see how things go. I just wanted to share what hopefully turns out to be really good news!

I cant wait to hear more news!
i think the ring around the ovum is the fluid used to nourish .. but im not sure.
I know that usually the sac isnt visible by transvaginal u/s til about 5 -5.5 weeks.
So that is totally not an issue.
Im so excited!
