Default Crossover newbie here

Ok so i joined another message board a few weeks ago and noticed quite-a-few people i reconize over here so I figured why not. Iam 28/DH is 28 3 children but none together.Have been married for almost 3 years and just found out today that surgery is definetly scheduled for the 13th. WOW what is that 9 days away. Having it done locally as outpatient so don't have to worry about travel. If I can get your opinion's ladies.

to the board. I'm Janet one of the co-hosts here. I suspect that you are having TR surgery. I can't answer your questions because I am a VR wife, but I am sure one of the TR ladies here will. Welcome.

!
I'm Shilo, one of the co-hosts here.
Read through our thread..."Tell us your VS/TR story" tell us your tr/vas story...
It will give you some idea of different experiences we have had.
Worst part before: the worrying and wondering
Worst part during: was asleep, didnt notice much
Worst part after: the pain. I found it a bit rough.
on your surgery date!!!!

Hi tsanen.. My name is Michelle Im 33 just had my TR seems like ages ago with all the temping/DPO counting numbers. But its been 6 weeks now. So you questions what was the worst part before/during/after....I think before for me was the countdown (I had like a 1 month wait ) I used a ticker and seemed to fly by. The fear of being put to sleep.
During? Well when we got to the hospital there was no more time for anxiety lol it was GOING to happen. so the worst part for me was wanting to cry, but as soon as they admin the med in my IV I was out 5 sec later And woke up seems like seconds later and didnt even realize I just had surgery, I had to ask lol.
After for me if I had to name anything to be the worst.... maybe having to urinate and not being able to at the speed I would normally have? but you just sit there lol and let it go at its own pace....not being able to clean! kids and hubby did their best but as soon as I was able to stand and manuver effectivly, I basically bulldozed my house lol. Too I didnt have pain meds and was able to do good with some motrin everyone is different though! I think the fact that I wanted it for so long (5 years) I cant complain about the pain. It was ok. inside didnt hurt the incision did if anything....seemed to stay numb. so maybe they hooked me up with an extra shot of lidocane? lol

Basically it reminded me of my HSG I got worked up before and it wasnt bad. But we all are different.

This board is GREAT! alot of support and info here

Welcome
Michelle
