I went for my consultation appointment today and to try and book my reversal surgery.
Well all went well, had the consultation, the doctor said I will be able to book my surgery April 30th, once he has ALL my test results in. I had a small physical and a few questions asked and answered, and then I was only told to go for blood work to confirm ovulation and an xray of my tubes, where the clips are. He said he should receive the results within 10 days, but I couldnt book it any sooner. Then he said I will be able to book my appointment for early June 2008. After he said that he told me that we can try when Im ready to. I was in shock, figured I'd have to wait a month atleast......Im sooo excited. I cant wait. I so bad want to make the results be faster, but if he calls me sooner with the results then even better. But for the time being April 30th will be in my head, I cant wait

So, he did he need the SA from your hubby?
When i went to see the Dr., I had already had some tests done from my family Dr., which I requested.. I wanted to be all ready When I went into the RE, I told him all the tests i had had done and he was happy... i just assumed he would have had me do them. but he did send me for a repeat FSH, because my first one was a bit high. I brought my chart in with me from fertility friend, and for him, seeing the routine temp jump after day 14, he fiigured that was good enough i suppose.
And then we got the HSG report back, THEN we booked my appt. (was reading through my journal I kept, after reading your post to see what had actually taken place)
I remember how thrilled and excited i was to get the tests done, and to book my appt afterward, like a dream come true. I had NEVER thought it was something i would be able to do.
I can totally imagine how stoked you are!

Curious, which Dr is it, is it Dr.Rowe? or Dr. Cheung? (not sure if Dr. Cheung is still doing surgeries, I had heard he wasnt)
