Icon9 Another chemical pregnancy

Well, AF showed up today. Ironically I was more upset the day I got my HCG results back than I am today. I think in my heart I knew this wasn't going to be a viable pregnancy. Since this is my third time getting pregnant on my own and the third time things have ended badly, my OB wants me to start Clomid this next cycle. I initially thought I would wait until the fall but decided since my husband's work schedule will be picking up now that the Writer's Strike is over, I'd better take advantage of him still being in around. So we'll see what happens. The times that I have been successful with Clomid it has happened on the 1st or 2nd cycle or not at all so I should definitely know if it's going to work in the very near future.

Anyway, Max is home from school today with the "snuffles" and the cold medicine has him bouncing off the walls. I'd better go tend to him before he (or the house) gets hurt. LOL!

Andi, try to keep in mind that almost half of all pregnancies end in chemical pregnancies, its hard to find the actual percentage because most women dont even think they are pregnant or take an hpt, they just assume is a few days late. So dont assume that there is something wrong with you hon. You have been through so much and disappointments can really take their toll, but try to keep in mind that you are capable of getting preggers, and I KNOW you will get that sticky bean very soon.
