Have you (or anyone you know) ever been in the newspaper/on TV? If so, what for?

I was in a couple of newspapers. Once when I was a baby and my dad worked for the Port Huron paper in Michigan. They made me into an advertisment for their paper. It was a picture of me about 6mo old staring intently at the color comic strip page. The captions was "We start them out young!"

Later about Sept of 1997 I was attending a local annual City festival called Troy Daze. I was with my mom and youngest sister and right after I had purchased and started eating an elephant ear my mnoticed the photographer who had taken pictures of my mom and my twin sisters for a special Mother's day story which featured them. While they talked he decided to take some pictures of me while my sister I were eating this elephant ear, . I ended up being the front page picture, LOL. My sister was a little disappointed she wasn't in the picture too and I was embarrassed for being on the front page of a news paper while shoving food into my face, ROFLOL!

I was in the newspaper several times. I played sport in middle & high school and was in there several times. I was also in the paper when i was 1 year old my mom enter me in a baby pagent at the local fair and i took 1st place so i got my picture in the newspaper and on the local news.
