Default Interesting...

I finally told dh that I didn't want to do depo anymore. I was starting to freak by the side affects I've seen and heard about. We decided that we would try the patch or do withdraw/condom method.

On March 24th, I had my yearly gyn appt. I was also suppose to get my shot that day. I had already cancelled the depo appt. I told them I was hoping to learn more about the patch. OMG, you wouldn't believe how rude the nurse. 1st she stormed in the room and said i couldn't use the patch for birth control b/c of weight.

she actually suggested some form of control that I have never heard of. I said no we'll just use condoms b/c I like to learn more about something before taking it. B/c that's how i got stuck w/depo, I didn't do the research.

It got worse after I commented that I had heard some stories about the depo and they bothered me. I guess I offended her b/c I'm listening to 10-15 DIFFERENT women tell me almost the exact same thing. Instead of listening to the person who's being paid by them. she even said "it takes 9-12 months to get out of your system and you signed the waiver saying you understood"
At the end, she said If I don't have my period in 3 months to come back and see them. That sounded fishy to me.

Maybe next time you should print out a list of the side effects and have them sign a waiver agreeing that if their waiver fails to be true after the 9-12mo period then you are allowed to sue them! LOL

I replied to your other post too!
