Default depo and ovarian failure

Hello. I thought i would write to to talk to others out there who have or are going through this.
I was on depo-provera since the age of 17 i stopped in 2000 after the birth of my daughter.
In 2004 i had a m/c. nothing was done.no testing doc said "sometimes it happens" i was 5 weeks. i had another at 8 weeks, and another at 9-10 wks, it was an incomplete i was referred to a specialist. After much testing i was diagnosed with low progesterone due to unspecified ovarian failure. Meaning my ovaries werent producing progesterone. My doctor reviewed my history and told me about Depo.
You arent supposed to be on it more than a year without a break i.e. pills or other types of b/c. i was on it continuously since age 17. i was 2 weeks late for my last shot when i found out i was preg w/ my daughter.
He explained my case was similar to the way if you give a man testosterone his testicles will quit producing it on there own.
The insert in the depo shot said 1 % or less of women will have this...but no warning to the length or problems associated with long term use. but after reading on it i see alot of women who have same problem. seems like a hell of alot more than one percent.
*sigh* just had to vent for a minute sry...
I am hoping it will reverse itself (doubtfully) anyone have success w/out help? i.e. supplements , ivf? Thank you for reading this i havent talked about this with anyone in length so sry if this is too long. thanks again....
