Seriously it all depends on your temps. Charting your temps is the best way to determine this.
Spotting and or bleeding at anytime while coming off depo can mean absolutely nothing. I bled for 3 months straight then nothing for about 2 months and then started bleeding again for another 3 weeks. It took a while before cycles were actually noticable. Even then my hoirmones weren't stable enough to sustain a pregnancy for another good 3 months or so.
I hate bursting bubbles but the reality of depo is a harsh one. Accepting the fact that pregnancy after depo will not be a quick thing is a very difficult one to accept and deal with. I have a nervous breakdown while coming off depo. My single friend found out she was pregnant and was going to give her baby up for adoption. It hit me hard and furious and I ended up breaking down in a dentist's chair when they simply told me I couldn't get my teeth cleaned that day because I needed antibiotics first (heart murmur). I lost it the emotions of her news and the compounded issues of not being able to be fertile just fell on me like a ton of bricks.
I was emotionally unstable and couldn't figure out why God would allow my friend to get pregnant and give her baby up when I was married and WANTED to be pregnant and WANTED to keep my babies. There's more to this but it wsa my feelings and my emotions that really caused me to crash but the depo effects didn't help. It really messes you up in the head hormonally.
Just be patient and there really is no way you can speed this process up. Following it and learning how your body works is the best thing you can do at this point. Get a BBT thermometer sign up for an online charting service like fertility friend and just monitor yourself.
Just plan on this journey lasting at least a year or more.
