Don't expect quick fixes and return of a normal cycle. It can take a good 9-12 months AT LEAST before that happens and sometimes it can take up to 3-5 years for a normal cycle to appear for some. It really depends on your body and how it handles depo as it leaves your system.

Your body just still isn't ready. It is still detoxing from the depo. Depo puts your body into menopause so sometimes it may need a hormone jump start to get things going again.

My body seems to have a 10 month timer after depo, but everyone is different. I know it is easier said than done, but the best think to do is not stress about it to much. The depo will wear off and you will start ovulating just as soon as your body is ready to carry a baby, stressing about it to much just makes that time go slower. Drink alot of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, try to make your body the best it can be in order to carry that wonderful bundle that you know will be well worth the wait. It is very hard to wait but that all goes away in the end when you are holding that baby. GOOD LUCK! I hope your stay is short but sweet!
