i thought i did it this time but no. i had sex 2 days before ovultaion and everything. i feel like throwing up for 3 days now, sore breast and nipples. but i tested 4 days before my period and it was negative. does anyone think it was correct.

Also don't forget that some side effects of detoxing from depo include pregnancy like symptoms of nausea, breast tenderness and tiredness. As hormones begin to rebalance they cause your body to show these signs.

Hi everyone. I have been off of Depo for about 2 1/2 months (was on it for 2 years) and I haven't had a period yet. This may be a stupid question, but can you ovulate without having a period? Also, I am taking don quai, and viatex has been recommended. Has anyone taken these, and if so, have they helped?

I took them while I was detoxing, Summer and I believe they helped. I believe the Zinc I took helped the most though because after I started taking it was when I started to spot and have cycles.

Now I am on my 4th post depo baby!

Oh and yes you can ovulate without having a period but it usually only happens when you are breastfeeding, but it is still very possible for you to ovulate before AF arrives after a birth control substance too.

i got my friend on the 13th so im not happy i give up.
