Hey girls...

I'm sorry I just had to tell someone how I was feeling. After all of these years of birth control and preventing pg, finally I went to the dr. and told her we were ready to "just do our thing". Today I ordered the "Taking charge of your fertility book" (what can I say I am a bit of a control freak!) I thought what the heck I might as well have a clue of what I'm doing. Mr. dr told me to start keeping track of my cycle and cm. I'm sorry I just felt like shouting from the rooftops! LOL

Congratulations Ronda!!! I know exactly what you mean. In fact, I had used the exact same words about wanting to shout from the rooftops to my two best friends the other day.

I had my preconception appointment this past Monday, and the doctor told us to just go to it! So hubby and I will officially start ttc this weekend. I couldn't be happier or more excited. I've watched so many tentative ttc dates come and go, that it's hard to believe the time is actually here, but I couldn't be happier. Hubby and I are both in the position of wanting to tell everyone that we're ttc, but we've decided to only tell a few select people, just in case. But it's hard, isn't it?

At any rate, congrats again, I hope you have a very, very, short ttc journey ahead of you. Sending lots of baby dust your way...

I know exactly how you feel! I'm getting geared up to start, and I want to tell everyone too, but the one friend I've actually told was like 'yay, I guess?', lol! I guess it's kind of weird to wish someone good luck with all the bd'ing unless you've done it yourself before. We've dropped a couple of hints but nothing concrete with anybody else.
