Thanks for the welcome girls! As far as my game plan for weight loss goes, I joined a gym and have a membership through the end of the year. I try to go 3-4 times a week and I usually just get on the treadmill for about 45 minutes. I have also been trying to eat healthier. I don't want this to be a diet, I want it to be a lifestyle change. Like some of you, DH is a big problem when it comes to eating right. I love the man, but he likes his popcorn and chocolate! So, when I make dinner I try to make it healthy for the whole family. He isn't very picky about dinner, but he likes to wander over to the pantry a lot!
