No if they have been dropping for a ouple of days then your luteal phase isprobably ending and AF is starting soon.

My recommendation is to call your OB/GYN and get an appointment. Especialy if you have more than one chart that look's like this one.

Your OB/GYN will be able to evaluate your chart and determine what route to take to reach your ultimate goal of being a parent.

I went to meet my OB/GYN with charts like that and we have been working on making the route easier for everyone.

Let us know how it goes.

I agree with both answers. It looks like you did an HPT too early in your cycle (CD19). Why are you having such frequent urination? That could be a sign that you have a urinary tract infection. If it persists and your urine is strong smelling and cloudy, you should see your doctor.

It could also indicate the early onset of diabetes espevially since you list the other symptoms that corrolate with diabetes as well, such as frequent urination and haven't you said that you are thirsty a lot? Also you are more fatigued too.

I just don't see a consistant pattern with your temps yet to indicate either ovulation or a pregnancy.

I would definitly get check by your doctor.

Good Luck

Its so frustrating when you don't know what is going on with your cycle! Hugs! OPKs can miss ovulation. Some people take them twice a day so as to not miss it. From your chart I can't even guess if you've ovulated or not. Sorry!

Well AF showed up tonight. Last month though when my temps droped AF showed up that day but it has been 3 days since my temps dropped. But then again I have been cramping for the past 3 days also. And yes I have been more thursty than usal and having to go pee alot more also. If it keeps up then i'm going to go to the Dr. and get it checked out and as for as going to an OB I can't afored to go so I guess i'll just have to waite it all out and hope and pray I can get preggy on my own.

I think I'd be more concerned with the possibility of diabetes. You should be able to get your glucose levels checked at a clinic. Have you thought about state medical insurance for the time being?

Diabetes would be messing with your temps, and glucose levels and you won't be able to get pregnant on your own without a proper diet structure or insulin.

If anything you can go to the pharmacy and purchase the things you'd need to check your urine and blood glucose at home. If you can at least rule this out it would be a step in the right direction. In the mean time I would still suggest that low carb diet to help stabalize your glucose levels and possibly your fertility too.

Good Luck
