New TTC #2
I am still new here. I have been "lurking" for about a week. I finally ahve the courage to post. I am 40 years, will be 41 in December. I am married to Jim (45) and we have one son, Stephen McKinley (7/17/01). We are trying to have #2. WE have been trying for 4 years but with no luck. We have been doing rounds of Clomid and are now on Metformin and Femera. Not sure what the next step is. Can't really afford IVF or IUI. Not sure that we should spend the money since we already have one son. I desperately want another one. I had a very traumatic delivery and recovery period with Stephen and missed the forst few weeks of his life. He and I have finally bonded but it took almost two years to do it. THe problems I had we due to Dr. error but I have since changed.
