I guess it would depend on if you have a reason to think you are pg. Do you know what CD you are on, how many dpo you are, what your temps are. If you got a BFP and called the office and asked to be seen, depending on your doc's protocol, a doctor would need to see you and have the blood work done I would think. Although some docs won't see you until you are further along.
I don't see any harm in asking, but be prepared for the appt scheduler to ask for a reason for the doc to see you. They may not even schedule you for an appt unless you've got a compelling reason.

4/08 - 150mg clomid cd3-7, u/s on cd14, 1 follicle @ 24mm, trigger shot on cd14 and timed bd,
5/08 - HSG looks good
6/08 - gonal-f (75iu PM starting cd3), HCG, and IUI. cd7 u/s - 2 follies @10 each
