Well, my temp went down today, and Fertility Friend took away my O. Although I'm not sure if it's going down because the rise was just a fluke and I didn't O after all, or because I'm near the end of the cycle and AF is coming. Having to wait everyday is so frustrating!

One cool thing happened today: we were talking about what furniture to leave here and what to take with us to Ohio, and DH mentioned that he thought we should take my white dresser with us because it would work well for a baby's room! He's turning 30 in about 6 weeks, so I think the idea of little ones is more and more appealing. He rides his bike a lot, uses it for communting, and everytime I see a kid riding one of those half-cycles you bolt to the back of a regular bicycles, I think of how good of a dad he's going to be. Aw....

Well, I just checked out your chart, and I would say FF took away your 'o', not because of the lower temp today, but because you entered eggwhite cm. FF always figures that if you're inputting fertile cm signs, you have not yet o'd. In fact, if you hadn't had eggwhite cm today, I would have said that your temp dip looks like the kind of implantation dip some women see on their charts.

Who knows? It'll be interesting to see what tomorrow brings (temp, cm). As an experiment, you could go back in and delete the eggwhite cm from today, and see if FF doesn't give you back your 'o'. Truthfully though, I guess if you did have eggwhite cm today, maybe you didn't 'o' like we thought.

Not sure if that helps, just wanted to share my 2 cents.

By golly, you're right! I went in, took out the EWCM, and it gave me back the same O date. The only time I saw EWCM was this morning, and it wasn't much, not nearly what I saw earlier in my cycle. I think I'll wait and see what happens in the next couple of days and see if maybe I need to take out that CM reading to get an O date. I actually feel fullness down there, kind of like I'm ready to start. I was telling all of this to DH, and he was just rolling his eyes and asked me if I thought I was overanalyzing this. Of course I am! Every sensation and twinge is significant in my mind. He said that if he's in for several months of this he might just agree to start now to get it over with! So I guess he's one of those guys whose not really into the details, just wants to know when to show-up, KWIM?

Well, no matter how this cycle ends, I'm okay with it. I'm willing to take one for the team so I can distract AF and keep her away from everybody else .

Was it truly eggwhite yesterday? Like, could you stretch it out between your fingers? Or was it clumpier? The reason I ask is that I have read on other boards that some women who get pg, have cm during the end of the 2ww. But it is usually creamy or clumpy, and often yellowish.

(Did I warn you I'm obsessed with ttc stuff?)

Hmmm...I thought it could kind of stretch, but it now I'm starting to doubt myself since this is my first cycle monitoring it. Goodness, who knew how much different stuff could come of out you under normal conditions? I was dry for the rest of the day, and so far today. It didn't stretch very much. The one thing I am afraid of is that I have had an 'o' in my sleep before, and I don't mean ovulation! It happens often enough that it could have happened the night before, although usually I remember when I wake up. I was wondering if that could have caused some lubrication that wasn't EWCM to be there. My temp went back up today. I've been having a feeling of fullness that I usually get right before af shows up, so I've been thinking I would start on my own, but so far nothing.

Gosh, now I'm getting all obsessed too! Since we're in the midst of moving around this wouldn't exactly be the most convenient time (that's why we were going to wait until next year), but it would still be a good thing . I think I might abstain from the beer this weekend just in case.

Well, I was planning on starting the provera again on 7/18, so I'll be sure to test before then.

Please don't be mad at me .....I'm not trying to get your hopes up. But didja happen to notice how your temp went right back up again today????? For many women, that is called an implantation dip (not always, but often).

If you really want to obsess, check out the chart gallery at FF. Select pg charts with an implantation dip. You will be amazed! Implantation doesn't always happen at 6dpo. It can happen anywhere from 6dpo to 11dpo.

Babies don't always come when it's 'convenient' for the parents. They come when they're supposed to. I know you weren't really 'trying' this month, but if it is meant to be, then I know you and your dh will handle it just fine! I think it would be a great idea to abstain from anything 'bad for baby' this weekend, just in case.

Can you imagine if you and Stephanie both got bfp's this month????? That would be sooo cool!

Not mad at all . I looked up the implantation dip charts, and then I looked at mine. If I disregard the CM recording that took away my O, yesterday when my temp was low I was 8dpo, today I'm 9dpo. I read in TCOYF that she doesn't test for pg until 18 days of high temps, and to avoid spending $$$ on POAS I think I'll stick with that.

I'd love to have a child whenever it happens, inconveniences and all! Some of my family has suffered from infertility, and I learned from talking to them that I'll be grateful whenever and however it happens .

I'm trying to stay calm about my temps and stuff since I realize it's unlikely (but possible) that I'll get a bfp this time. I'm thinking Stephanie is more likely since she knows her body and what's going on with it! GL Stephanie!

When are you starting TTC again?

With any luck, I should be ttc again in August. I just have to wait until the cycle after my post-op appt with my RE.
