HI,I'm new to this forum. My sister told me about it. I have been off BCP for a year. My doctor said my cycles looked pretty good and decided to put me on Metformin. He said if I wasn't PG in three months to come back. AF came on time the last 3 times. I started Met a week ago and now I am late. Does that happen? No, I'm not PG, already checked 3 times. (You know the first 2 couldn't be right. LOL.) Could some of you share your experiences and/or successes with met. I don't know if I need to get my hopes up.

I don't have personal experience with fertility drugs in any manner.

I was wondering though if you've been charting at all and how you cycles looked from that stand point?

Also if your Dh or partner has had a sperm analysis (SA) done at all? It might not be you it could be him.

I believe we've had some successes with Metformin, but again I don't have experience with it.

We have been out of power for over a day because of an ice storm and have not been able to check the forum. We have not done any testing. I have charted my cycles and have been able to tell absolutely nothing from them. I thought I would try again this month since AF is visiting. I know the metformin is supposed to promote ovulation.
