As most of you know I had gastric bypass on aug. 17, 2004. I call this my re-birthday. lol lol I am as of today down 82 lbs and I feel terrific. I would like to lose about 75 more lbs to be at goal weight. I can not start ttc (the dr says 12-18 months) but I am going to get off my bcp's around my 10th month as I have discussed this with my obgyn. Believe it or not since the weight loss my hormones are rageing. lol lol I have been bleeding going on three weeks now. My obgyn says that the weight loss has caused my body to rethink what is going on. He feels like when I start my bcps back on sunday (I am suppose to be on the sugar ones this week) that the bleeding should stop and I should become pretty normal cycle wise from here on out. I am praying that what they say about drastric weight loss is true. That your fertility sky rockets. lol lol But we shall see. I wish each and everyone of you guys the best of luck in your journey and promise to check in more often as I am approaching my 10th month mark and will need all the support I can get. lol lol
