and thank god!! there's only one in there!! LOL i was a little disappointed he said he wouldn't do a 3D this early. But said he'd do it at my 18 weeks appt!! THe U/S was done vaginally. The heart rate was 132 and we got to hear it!!! it was awsome!

Congratulations! A 3D would not have made a difference at this poitn. Actually, techs don't reccommened them until 26-32 weeks because the baby has no fat and there is not much to see. I am still working on getting one but mine will be a teaching u/s at the hospital my mom works at.
my U/S wasn't done by a tech. it was done by a DR. who bought the machine with his own money!! LOL a whopping $250,000 . (DH asked how much it cost!!LOL) and he would've had i been 3 months or so. HE just said at 6 weeks theres not much to see.
