AF is 4 days late now

I tested 3 times yesterday with different tests....all negative. I know, I don't have a chart to show you, so I'm just here for supportive words.

I've always been a 32 day cycle girl EVERY TIME! AF has never been late for no reason before.

Jenny and some of the other ladies in here told me that my ovulation could have been really late so AF will be late. I started OPKs on cycle day 15 and stopped on cycle day 23 after getting 12 negatives in a row. So yeah, my ovulation could have been really late......but like I said, my period has never been late for no reason before. I had EWCM on cycle days 20-23 which is usual for me. I believe I ovulated on one of those days? and I've been having creamy and wet cm every day....so I keep checking to see if AF is starting, but nope. I thought that if you ovulate late, then you'll just have a shorter luteal phase. I'm so confused now!

I'm so distracted with scary thoughts of what this could mean.

Some women that I have talked to, say that stress can delay ovulation, thus delaying AF and I know that from TCOYF. But I wasn't stressed this cycle at all. Even during the most stressful times in my life, AF has always shown up on time.

I always imagine the worst thing possible, and I make myself nuts!

Yeah temp charting would be a bit more acurrate to tell. Cause if your temps were rising right now then you'd know you were pregnant. It can also detect a ectopic pregnancy especially if you test negs but your temps are still rising.

Your LP is usually consistant from the time you O to AF. Mine was 12 days haven't had AF since 2002 so I don't know if it's the same yet or not. I'll know for sure by then end of my next cycle. This is my first month charting since 2001! I am not trying to catch the egg just trying to avid it for now.

I hope it's just early for you and you get that BFP!

It sounds like you just O'd late. Nothing to worry about, I don't think. I believe Stephanie is correct - your LP generally stays the same even if you O'd late. So, your AF would be later than usual. I know it must be so hard not knowing what is going on. Hang in there.

I must have O'd late the cycle I got my BFP. I didn't feel particularly stressed or anything.
