Temp taking during "early" morning bf'ing??

How do I take my temp when I get up at least around 4:20 to feed? AND it's never the same time. I'm taking my temp but it's never the same time and I can't wait to take my temp before he gets up because then he'll cry and wake up Stosh! So usually, I get out of bed (he's in a bassinette beside my bed), take him in bed with me to feed him, and then take my temp.

What do you do??

For me, I make sure I take it really close to the same time, and my temps stay fairly close, even though I am nursing basically frmo 12 on. BUT I am in bed for 3 hours(usually) and just kinda cosleeping once he wakes. I've noticed much more of a change if I take it earlier or later, than if I have been up or not(usually no change if I get up and go potty and try again LOL, as long as its the same time in the morning, though I try not to do it if I don't have too) HTH!

I don't tend to see much of a difference but I did a trial with this while TTC G. Maybe you can just do a few different things to see how sensitive you temps are.

Well, it turns out that if I temp anywhere within an hour before or after that the temps are relatively the same. That's a relief.
