How did you know you were pregnant after your 1st when you did not have any ppaf? How far along were you when you found out?

I was having really bad side pains for a couple days. Finally they got to the point of being so painful I couldn't stand. Went to the dr, they thought it was my appendix, but white blood count wasn't high. They were stumped. They sent me home to rest while they did some more lab runs on me. Then the nurse calls me and says the dr wants me to take a pregnancy test just to "rule it out".

Dh and I about died when a immediately appeared. The pain slowly got better over the next week. Dr says a cyst might have burst or something. Dr wanted to wait a couple weeks to do an u/s because he thought it would be too early to see anything.

U/s showed a 13 week 4 day old fetus! We (and dr) were thinking 5 to 6 weeks, so everyone was rather surprised, lol. Needless to say, that was my fastest pregnancy!
