It's been almost a week since I completely weaned DS #2. I'm amazed by how well adjusted he was during the entire process. I'm jus wondering when AF will return. I'm past the engorgement part of the weaning process (and actually I only got engorged on one side; I guess the other side wasn't as full). How long did it take everyone else to see PPAF after completely weaning? Thanks.

I was weaning Dylan from one feeding a week. I noticed that I ovulated when he was down to just 2 feedings. I am glad I held off on completely weaning because AF just showed up last week and I am still nursing him once a day.

Have you had any O sxs since you weaned him? Remember you have to ovulate before AF shows.

i got af before he was weened. hes only 8 months and last month i had my first ppaf. yuck. i did not miss her! i hope it was just af and nothing else cause it was kinda wierd. oh well, guess i will find out if she comes again this month!

I've noticed changes in my CM (more egg white like) since weaning but there's no sign of PPAF whatsoever.

I didn't feel like AF was coming when I got my first PPAF. I spotted a week before and then she came. I am still breastfeeding though, it may make a difference. I've heard it can take about 6 weeks, I could be wrong though.

I was temping right thru as I weaned..no signs at all of any O...it took 2 weeks after Rylee was completely weaned..that the old hag showed her face!
