Default How long have you gone between AFs while bfing?

Hi! I don't post on this forum...because we aren't actually ttc. I just thought you ladies could give me some insight on this. We are using NFP right now...I'm currently bfing my 2nd child who is 10 months. I got my first PPAF back about 7 weeks ago and haven't gotten another AF since. Is this normal? Last time I didn't go so long in between AF but I wasn't totally normal right away either. I have taken one hpt and it was bfn (that was a few days ago). Thanks for your help!

It's very normal to have long irregular cycles while bf'ing. I've gone close to three months between Af while bf'ing and I know some others around here have gone even longer.

96 days was my longest, so about 3 months or so. I wouldn't worry about it

When my DS was 8 months old I got my first PPAF, that cycle lasted 43 days (my longest cycle ever), the cycle after that was 34 days and now I'm on CD25 of cycle # 3 and hoping that either I'll be at 34 days again or my "regular" 31 days (or even better yet a BFP).
It isn't uncommon for BFing mommas to have wacky cycles, hope that yours gets sorted out sooner rather then later.

Had I not gotten pg last time, mine would've been about 46 days. It can be frustrating.
