OK, I know I am not the only one waiting around for good ol' af to show... Where is everyone??! Anybody been on some good vacations lately? Anybody else charting? I am so loooooonely, lol. I don't think I am ever gonna o while bf .

I'm still just waiting and waiting for ppaf too. We're pretty much nightweaned here now (with occasional exceptions -- usually DH takes care of night wakings now) and I've had no sign of anything happening on the AF front. Haven't started charting yet... maybe I should try.

Charting may just add to the frustration, lol. I am only feeding at 10pm and 5am. I am thinking of trying to move the 5am feeding father out, to 7am or so.

I think I may have o'd. In the 2ww now, so time will tell!

If you figure out how to move the 5am feeding, please let me know. I've got an early-bird on my hands too. He usually wakes up between 4:30 and 5 and then bf's for about an hour. Here, feedings are in the am, at naptime (unless he's at daycare, which is 3 days/week), and either when I pick him up from daycare or around dinnertime. There are some days when he gets really needy and is very insistent on bf when he wakes up from nap too.

Looks like the key is the total time spent bf'ing in a 24 hour time period. My total is probably too high to start o'ing again. I dunno.

Tina: That is interesting info. I came down with a bad breast infection yesterday. So I am actully trying to get her to nurse more to provide relief. To make matters worse, it seems as if my body is trying to o, lol. Hopefully it's just the fever causing the good ewcm and cp.

I am with you in the waiting game. I am 3 1/2 months pp waiting for AF to show. I am having some EWCM but no ovulation or AF. Here is my problem-it took us 18months to concieve after irregular ovulation We used injectable medication and concieved 2 cycles later. Do you know if it is possible to use medroxyprogesterone to induce AF and then to use injectable meds to induce ovulation?? Or do I have to wait for my first natural o to occur and then use meds?? thanks

Shannon - I hope that infection clears quickly. I suppose that's a worry during the weaning process. I had some plugged ducts yesterday (ouch) but luckily I was able to nurse more to get them cleared out. (It's always something!) We'll get there! I'm feeling kinda irritable lately, so maybe I'm having a long PMS. Or maybe it's just the heat.

Mindie - Good luck to you in the 2WW!

mommatojay - I'm afraid I have no idea when it's OK to start meds. If you are bf it might be early for AF to start naturally and may not be something that you want to introduce to your breast milk. Best to talk to your doctor before taking any medication. Hope you won't have to wait too long.
