It's been 16 months since DD was born and still no ppaf. I've been using the fertile focus saliva monitor and am seeing just a wee bit of ferning. Also, I've been getting the confusing cf.
The wierd part is that my cervical position shifts rapidly and often. A few days high and open alternating with 3 or 4 days low and closed.
Anyone else experience this? Any resources you have come upon?
I found cervical postion to be very innacurate till after first ppaf. Mine was all over the place, you can see in my chart what it does Do you chart? If you are starting to see ferning, you might start temping as well, it should give you an indication of when you O. Sounds like your body is gearing up to O for sure, with cf and cp build up
