Can I be jealous? Just for a little while?!

Of all those women who get AF back while b/f.....!

I have a friend who exclusively b/f and after her DD she got AF back at 8 weeks, and after DS, 4 weeks. She's already as regular as clockwork, her son is only 3 months old!

Me, on the other hand......I stopped b/f DD1 at 4.5 months, and AF arrived when she was 7 months old. I was thrilled, but it took another 8 months to conceive DD2. This time, I refuse to stop b/f just to TTC (suffered a tremendous case of the guilts over it last time, especially as it didn't work anyway), so I'm wondering how long it will take. I hate being in limbo!

You CAN be jealous, just remember that some of us would rather it be the other way around(like me)

you bet...I weaned dd at 9 months, PPAF showed about 2 weeks later,, then I go pg my frist cycle...hoping that she will show this time without weaning also...arg....

Yep, that's not fair!! I am bf'ing my 20 mo. old and still waiting for af to show.

i'm bfing my 12mo dd and af came back irregular 3 months ago.. never went on BCP. My cycles were never regular in first place so taking clomid to trigger the cycles.

some people get their af early some wont til babies eat more solid food than bfing and some wont get af until totally wean.
