Icon5 A bit of spotting and cramping...

Hi everyone! My baby is just 3 months old and I am exclusively breastfeeding, however, I have a surplus of frozen breastmilk in the freezer because of early bf'ing challenges and frequent pumping. My baby gets a bottle of that each night before bed and has for about the last month-month and a half. Today, I had spotting and a little bit of cramping...wondered if that meant af was coming back?? With my son, my fertility returned at about 6-7 months when we introduced solids. Any predictions, input this round??? Is spotting just normal during bf'ing or a sign of something???

It might be AF coming back. I waened DS #2 a few weeks ago and spotting started 1 week after I weaned and full flow came about 2 weeks after weaning. It could be AF.

It could be af coming back. Could just be a slight change in hormones. It's hard to tell really.
