It's been a while since I've been on here. What age is it usually recommended to start CIO? I know it's too soon yet, but I'm already planning on when I will get sleep again

I believe around 6 months. I think we started a modified cio though closer to 5 months when she stopped sleeping all together and I couldn't comfort her no matter what I did or for how long I did it.

It is not too soon IMO. I think I started around 4 weeks b/c by 8 weeks she was sleeping 8 hours at night.
