Icon9 Need Help for a full nights speel

My son is a little over a year and has never sleep through out the night. My husband, the baby and I all sleep in the same room so no one gets a full nights sleep. The baby acts like he cant got to sleep without a bottle. He doesnt take a pacifiar at all and refuses to take one. I need help my husband is getting very upset and I dont know what to do.

Try reading the Healthy Habits book referred to on this page or Good Night Sleep Tight. Both will help you make a transition to something new....fair warning though...it can be tough! Good luck!

At minimum you must get the baby in their own room. Have you done CIO yet? It will be harder doing it at this age but is doable.

If at all possible u need to get the baby in their own room. I did read alot about how sharing a room is less sleep for all. If u can't get baby in own room try a divider of some sort. Just remember the longer u wait to do something about this sleep arangment the harder its going to be.

I would try to put your baby in its own room while you still have
a chance,take it from me my girl is almost 2 and she still
is in our bed!
