is right! What awesome info! Thanks for the post Cathy, I could have written it myself! We use the "milking" sign for milk and Logan certainly knows what it is, because when I ask him "nursey?" while doing the sign, he then procedes to lift up my shirt... I think he will get it soon, though

So far we focus on "nurse/milk," "more," "all done." There was a 13 month old at our Library play group last week who was just signing away with his mom! It inspired me to keep pluggin away!

This is a great post! I have been signing with my daughter for about 6 weeks, she is 10 months old. She recently started signing eat and milk. She seems to get it but doesn't do it all the time. She smiles when I sign to her like I am is doing something special. When I sign milk to her before I get her the bottle she giggles the same way as when she sees her bottle so I think she knows what I am saying. I am going to print this post to keep there is great info in here.
Thanks!
