BTDT - Weight Loss Between PG
Hey... I'm wondering if all of you have lost some, all, or none of your baby weight before getting pregnant again. I have had some trouble losing weight, then again, I ALWAYS have trouble losing weight. Unfortunately, it's something I have to work *very* hard at and frankly, with working, spending all of my other free time with Jessica, and not having any more energy it's not happening. Last time I lost considerable weight I was on WW & jogged every day, faithfully.
Thing is, I'd like to get pg within the next 6 months. I don't know if it's counter-productive to lose weight just to gain it again. I recently gained a few pounds after I stopped the pill. I'm thinking it could be PCOS related, since I have major hormonal issues.
Jeez, I would hate to gain another 35 lbs on top of what I gained with Jess. I read somewhere that it's not healthy to have an extreme weight loss right before getting pg. That it is better to establish healthy habits - eating and exercising before getting pg.
What about you? Did you lose it all and then get pg again? Did you lose some and then get pg again?
