Subtitutions....

This is a discussion on Subtitutions.... within the Chatter's Cafe forums, part of the In the Kitchen category; one cup wine use 13 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and one tablespoon sugar I never tried this; so, ...

I never tried this; so, not sure if it tastes o.k. I would think you could add some sort of flavoring to it also

cinnamon : allspice or nutmeg

Use only one fourth the amount called for
For example: 1 tsp cinnamon use 1/4 teaspoon allspice or nutmeg
