one cup minus two tablespoons sifted all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup sugar plus two teaspoons baking powder
Increase the amount of liquid called for in the recipe by 5 tablespoons; and, decrease the baking soda by a half teaspoon
