Need an excuse to assemble your closest friends for an evening of guilty-pleasure eating? Try a Fast Food Potluck.

When you have a large group of close friends coming over for dinner you can go the standard route and prepare a home-cooked meal, thus showcasing your domestic goddess talents and ensuring everyone’s sincere appreciation and gratitude for the remainder of the evening.

Fun idea.. but oh so not healthy at all!!! It would be easier to just all go out to a restaurant to eat anyway.

We have a weekly event when all of our friends come out for a game night or we go bowling but everyone always ends up at our house, we might try this next week.

My church cirlce group of ladies does this for every monthly meeting we have. Every month from Sept. to May, we take the summer off, we start our meetings with a potluck and then after we all eat we hold our meeting. It's a pretty vaired meal. Sometimes we do tend to get more salads or more desserts, but usually we've got a good variety. We've got one gal that I swear her 'just tossed it together' tastes way better than my, and most of the other ladies, 'follow the recipe' dishes! But we always have a fun time! Much laughter and fellowship!

Peace

I should have also added that quite a few of us gals will bring something from one of the fast food places if we are just getting off of work before we go to the meeting.
And it all seems to blend in nicely! Either that or we're just having too good of a time to notice
