I'm sure we do. Especially with all of the prepared and pre-packaged foods that are so readily available. I try to purchase low or reduced sodium foods and when cooking from scratch, I add very little salt. We can always add a tad more for flavor if we need eat at the dinner table. My DH has high blood pressure so I really try to watch how much salt is in the foods we eat and try to use other seasonings for flavor.
