It's good to see you here too, Kim. It sure has been a lately. I guess everyone is exhausted from the holidays. I know I have been. I hope everyone had a great christmas and best wishes for the new year.

We had chili on monday night. Tonight I am having a roast beef sandwich and a salad. Don't know what DH is having. On wednesdays, we usually have a "free" day and eat whatever we want for dinner. It's kinda nice to have a day off each week from cooking dinner.

We had Chili over noodles on Monday night. Last night ( Tues. ) was fend for ourselves and tonight will prob. be egg & cheese omlets with bacon and toast. Tomorrow I want to do cube steak, biscuits, creamed corn and mashed potatoes. Friday, DS#2 will have dental work done so I'm going for very soft things... any ideas? I'll make him a milkshake, but I think we'll want more than jell-o and milkshakes He will have a crown on one tooth and one tooth pulled because of an absece ( sp )
