Snow Ice Cream

This is fun to make in the dead of winter. Kids love eating it, but especially collecting the snow!

3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream (or may use cool whip instead)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
Snow

Beat eggs with electric mixer. Add sugar and beat. Then add cream (or cool whip) and beat. Add vanilla and salt. Add enough snow to give desired thickness. If you are worried about your kids collecting unhealthy snow, then you can easily make your own with ice in a blender!
