Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons regular margarine, softened
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
